Order Entry/Expeditor Jobs

JOB SUMMARY

The Order Entry/Expeditor is responsible for the input of all customer orders into our processing system. They will have constant interaction with our customer base requiring a high level of customer service.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage the orders email inbox.

• Receive customer orders daily via email.

• Enter all orders into the Epicor P21 ERP system.

• Verify order information to ensure accuracy with our system.

• Verify availability and pricing accuracy of product ordered.

• Follow up on any missing information with the customer.

• Update information in the company database as required.

• Enter all orders in a timely, accurate manner.

• Resolve any customer issues regarding discrepancies relating to order accuracy.

• Track any missing orders for customers via UPS or other carrier systems.

• Process any order cancellations requested by customers in a timely manner.

• Complete monthly order reports for management team.

• Frequent interaction with warehouse personnel to ensure customer satisfaction.

REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS

• Excellent Verbal and written communications skills.

• Excellent time management with the ability to handle pressure, multi-task, and prioritize work.

• Excellent organizational skills and ability to work independently.

• Excellent math, computer skills, and working Knowledge of Microsoft Office

• Prior order entry/expeditor, customer service experience preferred.

• Knowledge of Epicor P21 program or another ERP system a plus.

• Possess a can-do attitude with the ability to work independently or collaboratively within a team.
