Aws Delivery Director Jobs

Collaborate with internal sales, technical, marketing and management resources influencing AWS and Redis business.

Manage a sales pipeline through the coordination of partner and Redis field sales teams.

Experience working with/within AWS with a deep organizational understanding

Experience working globally with teams across North America, Europe, Middle East, and Asia Pacific

Exceptional communication and presentation skills

Experience working with cross-functional groups including Product, Marketing, Sales, and SME groups to align and execute on alliances plan

Strong experience in Change Management and Business Process Design Reengineering

Coordinate closely with Account Management, Managed Services, and CTS Sales

Management of client services inclusive of SLAs and service-driven environment

Strong verbal and written communication skills with previous experience creating Statements of Work for new and existing customers.

Refine existing and define new CX offers and services.

Manage and oversee project staffing on all consulting engagements.
