Bachelor's degree (B. A.) from four-year College or university; or two years' experience in sales analysis. Beer category experience a plus.

Assist the Sr. Business & Category Director in preparing reports for corporate stakeholders including the Leadership Team & Investors

Respond to all requests from sales team members for ad hoc reporting and analysis to support sales efforts in the field.

Provide support to Production Team on an as needed basis based on workflow fluctuations.

Minimum of 3 years of experience in a Retail Car Sales Management position.

Responsible to consistently and profitably meet used vehicle sales quotas through expert management and leadership of the sales team.

General business knowledge to successfully operate and manage a corporate retail store.

Skills and abilities you should have:

Track and monitor sales quotas for each sales representative and provide continuous feedback in order to manage to overall sales goals

Strong organizational and analytical skills to track all appropriate operational measures and analyze and forecast operational performance results.

At least 7 years of experience in a retail car sales finance function

Maintains strong Finance Source Relationships

Responsible to have a firm understanding of products and services offered

Successfully obtains lender approvals through appropriate deal structure and strong negotiation skills

Reviews all deals for accuracy i.e. finance reserve, taxes, registration fees etc.

The F&I Manager has a responsibility to log in sales income. Verify insurance with customers, agents, obtain deposits, verify trade payoffs
