Previous experience in a call center environment where remote problem solving was required

Work on different tasks, by understanding vehicle sensors communications devices and compute with or without engineering team

Operate Imagry's data collection system

Refer to and/or use customer software applications, including warehouse management system (WMS) and yard management system (YMS), as needed

BS or BA degree or 3-4 years of relevant industry or technical experience

Minimum 1-2 years experience in transportation, intermodal, industrial automation, material handling automation, or warehouse operations
