Previous Automotive Finance and/or F&I Managerial experience required

Finance & Insurance (F&I) Manager:

Understand and comply with federal/state/local regulations which affect the new/used vehicle purchase and finance department

Strong automotive sales and finance experience

Drive profitability through timely, accurate, and compliant financial performance.

Partner and coach salespeople to maximize opportunity.

Provide on-the-job training for salespeople.

Review monthly commission sheets, productivity reports, salespersons’ monthly forecasts, and profit performance with the Dealer by salesperson and as a department.

Make a monthly projection of the vehicle requirements by department for the immediate 90-day sales period

Sell financing and other finance and insurance products to customers

Establish and maintain good working relationships with several finance sources, factory and otherwise

Submit paperwork to and obtain approval from finance sources on all finance deals

Facilitate pre-delivery with the Service Manager

The F&I Manager has a responsibility to log in sales income. Verify insurance with customers agents, obtain deposits, verify trade payoffs

Automotive F&I Manager experience is required (NOT banking experience)

Experienced in state law requirements including registrations, tag, tax, and title paperwork

Explain vehicle financing option advantages and benefits

Fully versed in leasing and special finance

Good customer service, communication and computer skills

Automotive F&I Experience is Required

Prior Automotive Finance Manager experience required.

* Prior F & I Manager experience is required for this position.

Accurately complete and submit all financing paperwork to finance sources.
