We need to hire an EXPERIENCED Auto Dealership Finance and Insurance Manager to arrange vehicle financing for customers, sell aftermarket products, and more! Automotive F&I experience is required. Responsibilities - Finance and Insurance Manager:
  • Encourage referrals and repeat business
  • Arrange vehicle financing for customers, sell aftermarket products and more
  • Maintain great lender relationships
  • Maintain high Customer Satisfaction Index scores
  • Explain vehicle financing option advantages and benefits
  • Meet dealership sales goals
  • Process loan/titling and miscellaneous documents efficiently

Requirements - Finance and Insurance Manager:
  • Good customer service, communication and computer skills
  • Automotive F&I Manager experience is required (NOT banking experience)
  • Professional appearance
  • Fully versed in leasing and special finance
  • Experienced in state law requirements including registrations, tag, tax, and title paperwork
