Overview Automotive Detail Specialists are responsible for cleaning, detailing, and maintaining the interior and exterior of vehicles. They use a variety of tools and products to clean, polish, and protect the vehicle’s surfaces. Automotive Detail Specialists may also be responsible for minor repairs and maintenance. Detailed Job Description Automotive Detail Specialists are responsible for cleaning, detailing, and maintaining the interior and exterior of vehicles. This includes vacuuming, shampooing, and steam cleaning carpets and upholstery; polishing and waxing the exterior; and cleaning and protecting the vehicle’s windows, chrome, and trim. Automotive Detail Specialists may also be responsible for minor repairs and maintenance, such as changing oil and filters, checking and replacing tires, and inspecting brakes. Job Skills Required
