They answer customer inquiries, provide assistance with vehicle purchases, and help customers with vehicle maintenance and repairs. They also provide information about vehicle features and options, and help customers with vehicle financing. Automotive Customer Service Assistants must be knowledgeable about the vehicles in the dealership and be able to answer customer questions.
