Automotive Cashier Receptionist Jobs in Texas

Previous automotive dealership experience strongly preferred

$ 14.00 to $ 15.00 / hour

First Shift ( Monday through Friday from 08:00am to 06:00pm )

Receives cash, check and credit cards

Provides clerical support as needed

Must wear business casual attire

Answer dealership group phones, greet and receive prospects and customers

Work cooperatively with the sales and other internal teams

Receive cash, checks and credit card payments from customers and record amount received.

Flag and close repair orders.

Make change and issue receipts to customers.

Responsible for daily cash reconciliation.

Refer customers who have additional questions to the service consultant or other appropriate individual.

Handle customer complaints with integrity and poise and escort or refer the customer to the appropriate individual for further communication.

Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite

One to two years of previous cashier/receptionist experience is preferred

Greet and assist customers, answer incoming calls and inquires.

Direct calls and h andle all customer payment and credit transactions.

Ability to communicate customers' interests needs and requests to management and sales personnel

Assist the managers with various clerical duties as needed

Experience with Microsoft Office suite is a plus
