Automotive Billing Clerk Jobs in California

Provides support to management staff.

At least 2 years of administrative experience in the automotive industry required

At least 2 years of dealership Contract Billing and Titling (DMV) experience required

Previous customer service, collection, or accounting experience

CDK / ADP Experience preferred

This Is What We Offer

Minimum 2 year Automotive accounting experience/ Automotive experience

Detailed oriented able to research and follow through skills

Process New and Used Vehicle contracts in a timely manner specially at the end of the month

Payoff trades vehicles as soon as funding comes trough

Process Dealer Trades, Reconcile flooring

Reconcile Scheduled weekly and monthly/ maintain clean schedules

Processes all new and used vehicles for registration in the state in which they will be titled.

Process contracts and related vehicle sales documentation, ensuring accuracy and timeliness

Prepares tax and title documents.

Submits all legal transfer work to the Department of Motor Vehicles.

Verifies that funds have been collected and the correct lienholder paid off before processing title applications.

Checks for accuracy in the application and ensures that all information is complete

Actively participates in the Quality Management Program.

Informs billing clerk of any changes in patient’s medical chart and the date of the next re-screening.

Assists cashier with data entry of charges and payments of visit.

Maintain a professional demeanor with all patients to comply with patient confidentiality (HIPPA) as well as other department managers and staff.

Must be bilingual in English and Spanish with effective verbal and written communication skills required.

Knowledgeable with current ICD 10, CPT Codes & HCPCS
