Proven experience in industrial maintenance or a related field.

Strong mechanical aptitude and technical skills.

Knowledge of hydraulic and pneumatic systems, blueprints, and troubleshooting techniques.

Excellent problem-solving and root cause analysis skills.

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Schedule service appointments. Obtain customer and vehicle data prior to arrival.

Greet customers in a timely, friendly manner, and obtain vehicle information.

Write up customers’ vehicle issues accurately and clearly on the repair order.

Refer to service history, inspect the vehicle, and recommend additional needed service.
