Athletics Assistant Jobs in Pennsylvania

2-4 years of relevant experience, preferably in higher education, college athletics and/or development.

In-depth knowledge of alumni engagement and development areas of a higher education development function preferred.

Identify and manage a portfolio of athletics annual fund prospects.

Strong interpersonal and communications skills are required.

Excellent organizational, interpersonal, leadership, verbal and written communications skills required.

Athletic program experience is preferred.

Physical Requirements and/or Unusual Work Hours:

Design and implement treatment and rehab programs for time-loss and surgical rehab cases.

Assist with the implementation of the Athletics Department Drug Testing Program.

Serve as a liaison between Sports Medicine staff and Strength & Conditioning staff regarding rehabilitation programs.

Responsible for daily electronic medical documentation for all student-athletes.

Assist with the daily operation and maintenance of the athletic training facility.
