Minimum of 2 years of experience in IT management or a similar role.
Utilize remote desktop software/services to manage/support deployed workstations.
Manage organizational Printers (currently 3) and Peripherals.
Create knowledge articles to allow Tier 0 support for workforce.
Manage organizational Informational Technology Device inventory (laptops, MFAs, peripherals, etc..)
Manage office network infrastructure (with assistance from Network SMEs), Infrastructure includes CAT-5 cabling, router, switches, and Wireless access points.
