Associate It Support Services Analyst Jobs

Understands all HIPAA and other compliance & regulatory requirements associated with their role, including completion of required internal or external training/certifications.

Adheres to all health and safety requirements, regulations, policies and procedures.

Maintains the facility and the environment in a clean, safe and orderly manner for resident comfort and convenience.

Cleans floors and carpets by vacuuming, sweeping, dusting, damp/wet mopping, stripping, waxing, buffing and disinfecting.

May organize closets and drawers.

Makes beds and straightens residents' apartments, as needed.

Self-Management: Display a high level of initiative, effort and commitment towards completing assignments in a timely manner.

Self-Management: Manage multiple projects and completing priorities.

1 year experience demonstrable Windows operating system and MS Office expertise

1 year experience Microsoft Active Directory environments and in applying application security therewith

1 year experience Microsoft Server support

Write knowledgebase articles of solutions and “how to” information for users and IT Technicians. (5%)
