Manage overall group design budget and coordination with external vendors and finance.

Manage all images for global design share-out, all relevant digital assets for social media, and all design awards submissions.

Manage Design Award, Internal Social Comms process & related Internal/External Design Culture Marketing.

1-4 years of experience in working with design and managing client relationships

7+ years of experience in a Project Manager position for retail projects

Time spent in a traditional design firm and field construction experience are strongly preferred.

Portfolio of both design and field experience encouraged

Previous experience with International retail projects (a plus but not required)

Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

3+ year’s management of outside architectural, MEP and/or other design consultants.

Current working knowledge and experience with:

Excellent computer skills and proficiency required. Prefer experience with ACAD/Revit and Google Sketch-up.

5+ years of broad experience, including design, detailing and preparation of construction documents, Restaurant/Hospitality and Retail preferred.

3+ years of design experience in a restaurant or retail brand.

Minimum 5 years’ experience in Project Management or Architecture/Interior Design/Industrial Design with a strong desire to grow and learn

Excellent project management skills and ability to multi-task and meet deadlines

Design guidelines for varied channel and market distribution. Maintain a cohesive brand experience for the differentiated consumer journeys and retailer requirements.

Establish and manage global store opening templates, checklists and communication standards

Partner and support Global Visual Merchandising team with store experience and branding initiatives

Global leader and ambassador of brand store design standards and retail experience.

Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to multi-task

Manage and coordinate with consultants and vendors. They include, but are not limited to, production architects, engineers, renderers, furniture vendors

Manage the design development and construction document drawing production phases

Manage and coordinate the visual department to ensure stores receive all visual/merchandising collateral (includes mannequins, product enhancers, graphics, and artwork)

2-3 years professional experience. Retail architecture/interiors experience preferred

Excellent presentation skills, understands and tailors presentations to the audience
