BS/MS in physics, chemistry, EE/ME with at least 2 years of lab experience

Hands-on experience with microwave-reactor or sub-atmospheric systems

Laboratory experience with the desire to work in a laboratory environment.

Plus: Experience with microwave plasma and/or plasma reactor systems

Analysis of experiments and equipment in the lab (bench-top & large-scale)

New product development and research projects from idea to implementation

Supporting the R&D and engineering teams

Ability to use Raiser’s Edge or other donor database management systems.

Manage communication with the marketing team for Speaker’s Bureau updates on VV website and collateral.

Schedule and manage annual training seminar for all Speaker’s Bureau members.

4+ years of experience working in the nonprofit sector or relevant communications company

Bachelor’s degree (B.A.) from a four-year College or University preferred, or 4+ years of relevant experience

Excellent attention to detail, analytic skills, and adaptability.

Making presentations to associates in different levels of the company including hourly associates and upper management and

making presentations to associates in different levels of the company including hourly associates and upper management and

Bachelor's Degree in Food Science or related field or related work experience

Must have working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook

Must have good human relations skills (the ability to work well with others and be a team player)

Must possess basic math skills
