Research And Development Engineer

Job Opportunity - R&D Engineer- Decarbonization Contributor - West Palm Beach, Florida

I'm looking for an entry-level R&D Engineer to join an early-stage startup developing processes for the production of various chemicals as a decarbonization contributor.

This person will be crucial in the support of the design, construction, operation, and analysis of experiments & equipment in my client's facility.

Some of your responsibilities and daily tasks would include:

• Supporting the operation & maintenance of lab equipment and systems.
• Analysis of experiments and equipment in the lab (bench-top & large-scale)
• New product development and research projects from idea to implementation
• Supporting the R&D and engineering teams

Requirements:

• Laboratory experience with the desire to work in a laboratory environment.
• At least 1 year of designing & constructing research equipment.
• BS in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering, or similar
• Strong CAD proficiency and GD&T

• Plus: Experience with microwave plasma and/or a background in physics
