Develops sections of quality metrics, design and production certification plans to ensure compliance with contractual, Company and regulatory requirements.

1 or more years of experience working in a manufacturing environment

Experience working on RCCA’s (Root Cause Corrective Actions)

Works directly with operating entities to provide process analyses oversight on a continuing basis to enforce requirements and meet regulations.

Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned.

Provides expertise and guidance in interpreting policies, regulatory and/or governmental regulations, and internal regulations to assure compliance.

Prepares reports and/or necessary documentation (ex Corrective and Preventative Actions) and provides to applicable stakeholders, both internal and external.

Co-ordinates legal requests in support of government investigations or litigations.

Applied knowledge of GMP, HACCP, ISO 22716, Allergen Management, Food Safety, FSSC 22000, FDA 21 CFR 210, etc

An affinity for change management and digital solutions

Responsible for performing validation/verification swabbing activities in response to equipment enhancements, facilities improvements, and annual requirements.

With guidance, performs basic Manufacturing Quality duties, including:

Assisting with routine inspections for assigned products / components,

1+ years of experience interpreting data and presenting analysis and/or recommendations to management.

1+ years of experience in a production-related field such as Manufacturing, Quality, Production Engineering, Supplier Management, and/or Supplier Quality.

Assists with review and validation of product non-conformances and disposition type, quality procedures and engineering requirements.

Conducts audits to ensure media is stored and handled per engineering defined requirements.

1+ years of experience with conducting quality investigations, Root Cause analysis and implementation and verification of Corrective Actions in production environments.

1+ years of experience in reading and interpreting aerospace engineering drawings and blueprints.

1-4 years of experience at a pharmaceutical company or CRO is required.

Experience in the quality checking of regulatory submission documents

High attention to detail, advanced writing and speaking competency, and excellent organizational skills

Must have the ability to prioritize, manage time well, multitask, and troubleshoot

Positive and proactive communication skills, strong interpersonal and customer service skills, and the ability to work independently

Preferred location is Remote (with a hybrid work approach).

Experience in Quality Management Systems (QMS)

Supports quality source selection and process reviews of suppliers' ability to meet program quality requirements.

1+ years’ experience in a manufacturing environment

Experience reading, understanding, and interpreting basic engineering drawings and specifications

Experience in a quality job role

Experience in Root Cause Corrective Action (RCCA) and Corrective Action Preventive Action (CAPA)

Experience interfacing with the Defense Contract Management Agency (DCMA)

Supports quality source selection and process reviews of suppliers' ability to meet program quality requirements.

Associate’s Degree or higher, a Technical certificate or degree, or 2 or more years of equivalent technical experience

Experience using or applying metrics to measure quality of service delivery

Experience working with Military or DoD customers

Collects and verifies data to support the identification of root cause routine problems. Provides ideas and concepts for corrective action development.
