Boeing Defense, Space & Security (BDS) is seeking an Associate Quality Systems Specialist to join the Weapons Quality group located in Saint Charles, MO.
The successful candidate will support Weapons and Missile Systems programs, which operates in a lean environment and thrives on collaborative teaming and flexibility to support the high-volume, high-mix production operation. The agility and dynamic pace within Weapons allows opportunity for an individual's professional development and growth across a program life-cycle, spanning across a wide domestic and international customer market base.
Position Responsibilities:
- Provides material review dispositions for non-conformances.
- Analyzes capability assessments to support supplier selection activities.
- Compiles performance reports and other statistical data to ensure specified processes capability levels are achieved.
- Analyzes non-conformance trends to evaluate effectiveness of corrective actions.
- Participates in various reviews to ensure quality attributes are incorporated into product designs.
- Researches contractual and Boeing Quality Management System requirements for applicability to specific proposals and program processes and documentation.
- Performs data analysis to ensure manufacturing and test readiness.
- Works under general supervision.
- Develops sections of quality metrics, design and production certification plans to ensure compliance with contractual, Company and regulatory requirements.
This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at the listed location.
This position requires the ability to obtain a U.S. Security Clearance for which the U.S. Government requires U.S. Citizenship. An interim and/or final U.S. Secret Clearance Post-Start is required.
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
- 1 or more years of experience with AS9100 or similar QMS (Quality Management Systems)
- Experience working on RCCA’s (Root Cause Corrective Actions)
- 1 or more years of experience working in a manufacturing environment
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
- Bachelor’s degree or higher
- 1 or more years of experience working on RCCA’s (Root Cause Corrective Actions)
- Active Security Clearance
- Experience utilizing and following detailed work instructions, reading and interpreting blueprints, drawings, or specifications
- Knowledge of, or experience working with DCMA (Defense Contract Management Agencies)
Typical Education & Experience:
Education/experience typically acquired through advanced education (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 3 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g. Master+1 years' related work experience, 7 years' related work experience, etc.).
Relocation:
Relocation assistance is not a negotiable benefit for this position. Candidates must live in the immediate area or relocate at their own expense.

Summary Pay Range: $71,100-$86,900
