Support the global client relationship management team as needed

Able to independently manage siloed or parallel aspects of fundraising process

Understands LP landscape and preferences, styles and requirements across key regions and investor types

Strong strategy/product knowledge and ability to communicate (internally) details of fund approach

2-7 years of relevant experience, preferably within financial services

Very strong writing skills, high attention to detail and ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced environment under tight deadlines

Experience with Industry standard Project Management methodologies, frameworks (e.g., Agile, Waterfall, or SDLC), and processes

Utilize project management platforms such as Asana, Jira, Trello, or similar tools to track progress and manage tasks

Report project outcomes and/or risks to the appropriate management channels and escalate issues, as necessary, according to project work plan

Advanced user with Program Management tools such as Microsoft Project, JIRA and Microsoft Excel

Proven success working with all levels of management

Lead projects from requirements definition through deployment, identifying roadmap and timeline, scopes, budget estimations, and implementation plans, including risk mitigation

6-7 years of experience in consulting, process re-engineering, and project management

Ability and willingness to be hands-on in all aspects of project management, including:

Collaborate with business stakeholders to create business cases, project plans, steering committee presentations, business requirements, and other project or program documentation

Technically proficient communicator who can translate business language and requirements to technical teams and vice versa

Requirements gathering, documentation, use case development

Experience in designing strategies and leading change and growth initiatives

3-5 years of experience in consulting, process re-engineering, and project management

Understanding of finance, accounting, investment and support functions including treasury, cash forecasting, revenue, or expense management

Ability and willingness to be hands-on in all aspects of project management, including:

Collaborate with business stakeholders to create business cases, project plans, steering committee presentations, business requirements, and other project or program documentation

Technically proficient communicator who can translate business language and requirements to technical teams and vice versa

Requirements gathering, documentation, use case development

Strong knowledge of project management software tools, methodologies, and best practices

Experience in managing and developing junior Project Managers

Ensure appropriate collection, management, storage, and distribution of project details and information

Contribute to ongoing scope management, in partnership with Client Service leadership

Partner with Client Service senior leadership and Resource Management to outline and discuss resourcing needs

Mentor and coach junior project management team members

Support the global client relationship management team as needed
