4+ years' experience in Project management, Program Integration/Execution

Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification or similar

Skillful with Microsoft Office tool suite; the ability to create, manage, and manipulate the tools, especially PowerPoint, Word, and Excel

Understanding of the Integrated Management Framework (IMF)

Experience with interfacing with all levels of employees

Prior project management experience required.

Ability to provide effective program management leadership in terms of setting program plans for the lifecycle of a program.

5+ years of industry experience within one or more functional role(s) in drug development.

Experience working with gene therapies and oncology programs highly preferred.

Excellent written and verbal skills, strong influencing and interpersonal skills.

Excellent attention to detail, ability to manage competing priorities and maintain start-to-finish cross-functional review.

Some experience with document management and/or writing professional reports

• Efficiently manage multiple ad hoc projects of various sizes, while delivering results within timeline.

• At least 5years experience in biopharmaceutical industry

• Strong cross-functional collaboration skills

• Experience in procurement, meeting and travel planning

• Strong understanding and work experience with project budgets and financial management.

• Actively leads one or more Project Management Office (PMO) continuous improvement activities.

• Ability to proactively escalate issues to appropriate levels of management in the organization.

• Manages project closure activities, including gathering lessons learned.

• Strong documentation and communication skills.

• Ability to manage vendors and project stakeholders.

This is a management role with human resource management responsibilities (e.g., hiring, performance management).

Manages one or more cross-functional projects of medium to high complexity.

Responsible for tracking key project milestones and adjusting project plans and/or resources to meet the needs of customers.

More senior role has responsibility for multiple large, complex projects with greater impact to the enterprise.
