Associate Procurement Manager Jobs

Taking a comprehensive view of spending and identifying opportunities for demand management, leveraging, and cost control at the category level.

Collaborating closely with business area owners to drive organizational value, offering leadership and guidance to cross-functional teams.

A minimum of 10 years of progressive global procurement experience, managing various categories related to marketing, medical affairs, or R&D.

Identifying, nurturing, and managing strategic business relationships with key stakeholders in Marketing and Medical Affairs.

Establishing high-performance engagement models with business units and regions.

Responsible for selected sourcing and vendor relationship management activities.

Manage spreadsheets for finance for inbound chemicals

Assist the Finance group on an as needed basis and function as Site Procurement Resource

Handle the Goods Received/Invoice Received (GR/IR) report and work closely with Finance to clear past dues

Manage paperwork for inbound chemicals and creating the goods receipt

BS degree or 5 years of experience in lieu of degree

Min 7 years experience with purchasing and inventory management disciplines in high volume environments

Experience with purchasing processes, and supply chain management

Knowledge of inventory management standards and practices

Bachelors Degree in Purchasing or Supply Chain Management or equivalent

Manage execution and analysis of material forecasting (SAP eSPP) results

Manage Inventory Planning (SAP DRP) for cost-effective procurement and to meet KPI’s for Fill Rate, Inventory turns and MOS

Develop project management skills and experience meeting timelines and managing various stakeholders at one time

Strong administrative skills and basic project management experience

Experience supporting the management of indirect procurement categories and utilizing a strategic sourcing process

Experience with procurement and vendor management systems, including Procure-to-Pay (P2P), Source-to-Pay (S2P), and Spend Analytics

Support and maintain Procurement policies and processes, including improving vendor payment terms, contract management, driving sustainability initiatives and managing vendors

Cross functionally operates with legal, finance and operations to ensure IAA policies and best practices are followed
