Associate Pro Scout Jobs

The knowledge, skills and abilities typically acquired through the completion of a high school diploma and/or GED.

Typically reports to the Product Management Manager or Sr. Manager.

The Associate Product Manager works in close partnership with more senior Product Management resources on the team.

Manages and grooms the product backlog; makes future decisions based on the value that will be delivered

Manages the purchase order and invoicing process with 3rd party vendors

0-1 years of relevant work experience

Sales experience is an advantage but not mandatory

Good literate verbal speech (Bilingual candidates are a plus)

Willingness to work in the field and actively approach potential passengers

Contract dates: 08/14/2023 - 01/08/2024

Base rate of $100 per game

Rate increase of $10 per game scouted

Example: 6 games will result in $750

$1,000 end of year bonus for Point Person position

Incentive program allows Scouts to potentially earn $3,000 or more per season.

Knowledge and basic use of project management practices and tools

Three or more year(s) of experience in a role performing administrative or coordinator job functions.

Desired Qualifications and Education Requirements

Utilize a variety of sourcing channels, competitive research, and other technologies to attract candidates with targeted experiences and skills

Bachelor's Degree in related field the equivalent combination of training, education, and experience

Extensive experience in gathering hiring requirements from recruiters

Extensive experience in building and maintaining a skilled pipeline of talent

Advanced knowledge of successful pre-screening and assessing candidate qualifications

Tenured experience in data management, administrational duties, and assistance.

Ability to work effectively with minimal supervision (time management and goal orientated)

Expertise with Microsoft Office Suite, PowerPoint presentation, LinkedIn Recruiter, CRM data management (Salesforce), and EXCEL Certified

Maintain a working knowledge of HRMS/Payroll background experience

Excellent communication, marketing and sales skills

Driving a strategic interviewing experience, start to finish with self-sourced candidates
