As a Starbucks partner resources associate (PRA), you are a business partner and advocate. You ensure the effective delivery of Partner Resources (HR) programs and services to all Starbucks partners across your assigned client groups. We take pride in all of our partners modeling and acting in accordance with the Starbucks Mission, and as a partner resources associate, you will be a role model in this space. This role will support the delivery of talent and organizational priorities that drive engagement, build capability, and fuel business growth.

To be successful in the role as a partner resources associate, you will:

  • Act with transparency: Solicits and listens to partners' concerns and takes an active role in resolving problems. Provide information, or facilitate partners' ability to obtain information, about benefits, compensation, training, and other Partner Resources programs, and services.
  • Collaborate & communicate effectively: Supports Partner Resources team members, cross-functional teams, and partners to communicate and provide information in a cohesive and effective manner to support the execution of PRO period planning and programmatic work.
  • Elevate the organization through talent practices: Partners with managers, talent acquisition, and talent management to ensure consistent use of Starbucks talent management tools and processes to elevate the capability of early-in career partners within assigned client groups and drive and deliver talent outcomes.
  • Support partner care and crisis management situations: Supports PRO team members with gathering information and data related to legal consults, partner and labor relation matters, business continuity, and crisis management.

We would love to hear from people with:

  • Three or more year(s) of experience in a role performing administrative or coordinator job functions.
  • Knowledge and basic use of project management practices and tools

The pay range for this position may be narrower than that displayed, depending on where the work is performed
