Associate Lab Manager Jobs

Curriculum Vitae - CV must clearly list current and/or pending qualifications (e.g. board eligibility/certification, medical licensure, etc.).

Experience in biological wet-bench research, microscopy, image analysis, and/or modeling would be valuable.

Ability to work independently and contribute to a supportive and inclusive lab environment.

Experience with Microsoft Office or Google Drive Suite applications

Experience cleaning and maintaining science equipment

Prepare media and buffers to support cell culture experiments and other lab activities

Assist in ordering lab supplies

Regularly clean and maintain lab and lab equipment

Support other groups with solution preparation and lab maintenance activities as time allows

Confer with management and engineering staff to implement plans and recommendations

Drive build shop improvements, support critical path projects, and offer a great level of flexibility to changing business needs

Manage parts purchasing and kitting for outsourced tester builds

7+ years experience in a machine shop or equipment maintenance

Experience managing staffing, resources, budgets, inventory, equipment, schedule, and capacity

Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, including ability to communicate effectively to the intended audience
