Associate – Junior Latam Strategist Jobs in Ohio

Determine and meet strategic objectives for account management, product marketing, distribution and new business development in all channels.

Manage the distributor strategy aligned with key global direction. Ensure best practices and operational disciplines are consistent globally.

Work with global team on key corporate initiatives in marketing, merchandising, supply chain, finance, legal, etc.

Minimum 10 years' experience in sales and/or business development experience. Experience in the footwear industry in Latam region preferred.

Minimum 5 years' experience leading a team.

Strong business acumen. Understands market developments. Knowledgeable of the competition and aware of how strategies & tactics work in the marketplace.

Knowledge of investments is required; banking and credit products desirable

Ability to manage relationships both internal and external; Ability to multi-task

Bachelor's/University degree or equivalent experience

Provide complete service support to client, including solving complex client inquiries

Provide day to day support to Banker on documentation such as account opening and closing, loan disbursals, etc.

Client/prospect meetings - Organize the pre-call planning, organizing post-meeting notes, and maintain all client call records including call reports

Help clients achieve broad financial/investment goals related to the creation and management of wealth.

Develop tailored solutions that address clients' investment, risk management, and financing/liquidity needs.

Align complementary experiences and skill sets of team members to maximize client effectiveness.

Effectively manage client expectations regarding what can and cannot be executed on their behalf.

Help team members acquire the experience necessary to establish credibility with clients and intermediaries.

Ensure compliance on regulatory requirements and minimizes any potential liability for Citi.
