The Associate Human Resource Analyst is responsible for providing support to the Human Resources department in a variety of areas. This includes analyzing data, researching and developing policies, and assisting with recruitment and retention efforts. The Associate Human Resource Analyst is also responsible for providing guidance and support to employees and managers on a variety of HR-related topics. Specific duties include:

• Analyzing data to identify trends and develop solutions to improve HR processes
• Developing and implementing policies and procedures
• Assisting with recruitment and retention efforts
• Providing guidance and support to employees and managers on a variety of HR-related topics
• Assisting with the development and implementation of HR programs
• Maintaining employee records and files
• Assisting with the development and implementation of training programs
• Participating in special projects and initiatives
Job Skills Required
• Knowledge of HR principles and practices
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

Job Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• At least two years of experience in a Human Resources role
