Experience: Have 3+ (ideally) years of corporate experience, preferably with exposure to corporate records management and entity organization.

**REMOTE ROLE. SEEKING CORPORATE GOVERNANCE LEGAL PROFESSIONALS WITH MINIMUM 2+ YEARS’ EXPERIENCE.**

Location: Full-Time REMOTE role based in USA

Hourly Rate: $25-40p/hr (based on experience)

Project management experience, strong organization skills, detail-oriented.

BA/BS or equivalent; emphasis on health science, public health, and/or health education preferred.

Knowledge of principles pertaining to the ethical conduct of research and privacy regulations.

Excellent communication skills to diverse and sensitive audiences.

Exceptional customer service and problem-solving skills.

Provide timely and accurate communication with stakeholders on IRB submissions and project deadlines.
