They provide support to external contractors and the property management company for routine or non-routine projects and preventative maintenance schedules.

They will promptly report any concerns or opportunities for improvement to the Compliance Manager.

Oversight of equipment calibration and preventative maintenance processes is part of their responsibilities, including scheduling and monitoring preventative maintenance activities.

Collaboration with the QA Safety & Facilities Manager is essential for developing a Safety Committee.

2-4 years experience within the Facilities Maintenance and Sanitation field of work, preferred but not required

2+ year of administrative or office management experience

Friendly personality, strong organizational skills, and proven history of punctuality and good work ethic

HS Diploma or Associate’s in Business

Restock office, kitchen, and bathroom supplies as needed

Communicate with vendors in regards to inventory and maintenance

Organize and distribute outgoing and incoming mail and perform other clerical tasks

Contacts building maintenance management as needed.

Manages special projects as required.

Strong computer skills with emphasis on Microsoft Word, Excel and Power Point.
