Associate Director Of Title Ix Operations Jobs

Assists with review of Title IX reports, outreach and/or referral, conducting intakes, report tracking, and general case management of reported incidents.

Maintains accurate and complete Title IX case records in the appropriate case management system.

Some experience working in higher education

Ability to manage complex project plans, including organizing and facilitating investigations or meetings.

Demonstrated interviewing and investigation skills (in person and virtually).

Demonstrated effective communication skills (written and spoken).

Oversee the record keeping of all Title IX case management

Prepare Title IX case management data reports

Manage detail oriented focusing file and system management

Monitor and support tracking of investigations and reports (case management)

Efficient computer skills with thorough knowledge of Microsoft Office

1. 98% timely and accurate complaint management of misconduct, harassment, and discrimination cases

7 or more years of relevant professional experience

Excellent analytical and communications skills (including writing) and attention to detail

Serving as primary contact for parties/advisers throughout investigation/hearing process regarding operational issues

Assist Director with preparation of outcome materials

Identify and integrate emerging best practices into investigations/hearings

Communicating/meeting with students and relevant school administrators regarding accommodations
