Associate Director – Executive Communications Jobs in Arkansas

10+ years of experience in corporate or internal communications in the beauty, lifestyle, wellness, e-commerce and/or tech industries

Proven experience and leadership in driving comprehensive strategic employee and company communications, that effectively anchor company mission and vision

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

This position reports to the Chief People Officer and can be fully remote.

Develop a strategy and execute all internal executive and employee communications

Building crisp, professional, and visually compelling presentation materials for internal employee meetings as well as board meetings

Proven experience in event management and associated capabilities.

Experience in Budgeting and agency management.

Excellent writing and editing skills, including developing presentations and materials for Executives and other Senior Business Corporate Dept. leaders.

Video and audio editing experience; including coordinating with external production partners/creative agencies.

Project Manages cross-functional initiatives to navigate organizational complexity and deliver consistent, high-quality measurable outcomes.

5-7 years of experience in Corporate Communications, Internal/Employee Communications and/or Public Relations.

Experience in the management of in-real-life, virtual and hybrid events.

Demonstrated experience in the development and implementation of cohesive, multichannel communications and campaign strategies in a complex organization and environments.

Experience managing staff, consultants, and contractors at all levels.

Previous experience working with worker rights, human rights, advocacy, and/or nongovernmental organizations.

Excellent listening, interpersonal, communication and problem-solving skills.

Experience working effectively in politically sensitive and high-pressure environments using good judgment and discretion.

4+ years of related experience at a pharmaceutical company or a medical communications agency

ØExperience managing budgets and vendor partnerships.

ØPartner with medical directors on development of medical strategy and planning, insight collection initiatives, and publications.

ØPartner with external stakeholders such as key opinion leaders, investigators, collaborators, and vendors for medical communication activities.

ØLead and establish internal scientific training, medical information, expanded access, and grant review infrastructure as needed.

ØEnsure medical communication projects remain on strategy, within budget, and are executed promptly.

4. Provides leadership to the marketing and communications team.

5. Assists in the development and implementation of The OUT Foundation strategic plan.

6. Leads the annual campaign with assistance from the Executive Director.

8. Provides opportunities and resources to meet staff training and development needs.

9. In partnership with team members, leads community events aimed toward fulfillment of fundraising goals.

10. Coordinates facilitation of financial assistance procedures associated with the OUTAthlete program.
