Associate Director – Executive Communications Jobs in Indiana

10+ years communications experience including healthcare programs

Experience developing and writing CEO-level speeches/presentations and other support materials

Experience with designing and implementing creative and impactful communication strategies for C-suite with at least 50% supporting executive communications

Deep writing experience, ideally with an early foundation in a corporate or agency setting, and/or prior work as a reporter/journalist.

Healthcare experience is a MUST with proven track record of success in healthcare message creation

Must have strong PowerPoint skills!

Ability to interact with all levels of the company top to bottom, including senior management.

Exceptional writing and editing skills; strong oral communications skills and ability to convey complex science for a variety of audiences.

Drive and execute communications plans and media strategies that drive understanding of the company’s platform to elevate visibility.

Enhance executive visibility and R&D Thought Leadership with earned media and byline opportunities.

Serve as a liaison for media outlets.

Write Q&As, messages, press releases, and presentations in support of pipeline milestones.
