Experience and skill with data management including interpreting, comprehending, and summarizing statistical and medical data.

Project management and collaboration skills required.

Proficiency in presenting, communicating, and interacting effectively with medical staff and management at all levels of the organization.

Experience in safety and quality improvement training preferred.

Strong written, interpersonal, organizational and problem-solving skills.

Ability to independently manage multiple projects with general supervision.

Work experience performing office/clerical activities, including the use of computer systems.

High school diploma or equivalent.

Any one or combination totaling eighteen (18) months from the categories below:

College coursework in any curriculum as measured by the following conversion table or its proportional equivalent:

30 semester hours equals one (1) year (12 months)

Associate’s Degree (60 semester hours) equals eighteen months (18 months)

Reports any unsafe or hazardous work conditions or safety-related issues to Management.

Assists ME Manager and/or ME Team with scheduling of events and activities; develop standard presentations for weekly, monthly, quarterly reviews

Evaluate trainee and certify qualifications based on demonstrated performance of process and tasks.

Works with Manager to attain goals, carry out strategies, plans, and policies to increase profitability and success of the Company.

Associates degree or equivalent experience in lieu of a degree

3 years of food or beverage manufacturing experience strongly preferred
