Education, Experience, Skills and Abilities Requirements:

Assists in manages all policy activity aspects of assigned accounts including endorsements and invoicing.

Cultivates strong relationships with Insurance Company Partners and is responsible for knowing carrier requirements and attributes.

Strong technical knowledge of general insurance market conditions and specific insurance carrier underwriting appetites

At least 3-5 years of related insurance experience, or associated industry experience

Ability to forge relationships with key insurance markets and carrier representatives

Basic knowledge of business and management principles involved in recruiting, staffing, production methods, human resources, and/or similar or relevant work experience

Minimum of 2 years client sales and relationship management experience; health care industry experience preferred

Knowledge of principles and methods for selling staffing services; this includes marketing strategy and tactics, sales techniques, and sales management systems

Knowledge of proper grammar, spelling and rules of composition

Demonstrated excellent skills, negotiation skills and detail skills

Demonstrated experience in selling strategic sales solutions

Understand and leverage NielsenIQ solutions and apply industry knowledge to conduct advanced issue-based analyses with clear proactive insights and action-oriented recommendations

2-3 years industry experience – CPG, consulting, information, technology, and analytics

Experience working with complex client relationships and client issue resolution

Develop a consultative approach to client business issues, understanding the industry and what issues a client is facing

Lead client presentations with proactive insights and action-oriented recommendations

Drive strategic thought leadership with customers leveraging NielsenIQ tools and assets

Experience utilizing multiple and complex data sets through problem solving and proven project management skills

Project management skills and ability to manage multiple priorities in complex situations

Retail or Manufacturing background a plus (Retail Merchandising, Category Management, Operations, etc.)

3 -5 years’ experience in related industries which include: Consumer Packaged Goods, Retail, Consulting or Analytics preferred

Strong analytical aptitude, naturally curious and lifelong learner. Experience with syndicated/POS data is a plus

Experience in client service environment ad ability to develop, maintain and grow client relationships

Experience utilizing multiple and complex data sets through problem-solving and proven project management skills

Project management skills and ability to manage multiple priorities in complex situations

Retail or Manufacturing background a plus (Retail Merchandising, Category Management, Operations, etc.)

Ideally 2 to 3 years experience in related industries which include: FMCG or CPG, Retail, Consulting or Analytics

Ongoing education on NielsenIQ data and solutions with your clients while sharing fresh perspectives and innovative thinking

3-5 years of experience with demonstrated expertise in syndicated data analysis in the FMCG, CPG and/or Retail industries

Skilled & polished communicator, including client presentations.

Experience working with market trends/consumer behavior/panel insights

2+ years client/project management experience in a call center environment.

Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work related experience

Associate Client Manager– NYC Based – MUST have strong EXCEL and PowerPoint

Partner with customers to set objectives that drive business impact and maximum value

Experience utilizing multiple and complex data sets through problem solving and proven project management skills

Project management skills and ability to manage multiple priorities in complex situations

Present to groups of 10 to 20 people at middle management

Retail or Manufacturing background a plus (Retail Merchandising, Category Management, Operations, etc.)

Work closely with your manager to assist in the analysis and preparation of client deliverables and answer client questions

Ideally 2 years to 3 years experience in related industries which include: FMCG or CPG, Retail, Consulting or Analytics
