Occasionally may be in charge of unit training and handle some management tasks upon delegation (Technical Specialist/Senior Technical Specialist level)

4 year college degree or equivalent claims/insurance experience

Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, Outlook, and Internet applications

Excellent written and oral communication skills

Solid relationship building and interpersonal skills necessary to service internal/external customers

4 Year College Degree or equivalent work experience in customer service, investigative or insurance.
