Leadership and supervisory experience in academics or significant professional experience

Ability to conduct thorough evaluations and the knowledge to define needs of the department via good judgement

Terminal degree in the discipline or a relevant field

Distinguished record of scholarship, teaching, and/or professional expertise with a successful career as a faculty member or discipline professional

Leadership ability to transform strategic vision into implementation

Provide administrative support to ensure contractors comply with administrative requirements.

Provide administrative support on contracts, task orders, proposals, invoices, insurance, and badging.

Assist the production companies with load-in and load-out, Airport Police’s equipment/instrument inspections, and escorting on performance days.

Attend all performances and serve as the clients' representative and assist with public relations coordination and social media content as needed.

Participate in department and project-specific meetings; site visits; and pre-performance meetings.

Review inventory of and procures supplies, materials, and equipment.

Ability to create and meet deadlines with excellent organizational and time management skills.

High School diploma and 2 years of relevant administrative support experience.

Excellent interpersonal, written and communication skills.

Ability to manage change and be flexible in an ever-changing and fast-paced academic environment.

Excellent task-management, organizational, and interpersonal skills

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience

Ability to adhere to university COVID-19 policy and requirements

Respond in real-time to classroom setup, technology, and supplies requests from faculty and staff

Oversee the sourcing and provision of technical resources as needed for new and existing courses and co-curricular programs

Experience in a leadership role in an academic or industry-related environment

Thorough understanding of curriculum development and the use of assessment
