Independently prioritize in-store merchandising tasks each day by assessing aesthetic needs and analyzing and incorporating weekly selling data

Complete daily visual evaluations that assess the quality completion of store closes and summarizes merchandising tasks completed each day

Engage with consumers to convey the essence and benefits of the kate spade brand, its products, and its core values

Commit to and manage your own work schedule of store visits in your assigned market

Experience in merchandising, preferred experience in handbags and small leather goods

Developed verbal and written communication skills

Ability to problem solve and manage time autonomously

Develop visually captivating merchandise displays that showcase the breadth of kate spade handbags

Knowledge of retail business fundamentals including: department sales trends, inventory management, guest shopping patterns, pricing and promotions strategies

Position Responsibilities may include, but not limited to:

Assists driver in delivery of products to customers.

Support and take part in VM training sessions to install VM standards for the new store manager and their team.

Organize and manage packing and shipping of VM collateral to offsite locations as needed from NSO.

Keep weekly updates for all NSO inventory documents in conjunction with the NSO Visual Manager
