Lab experience in microbiology and molecular biology

Laboratory experience – biochemical assays, HPLC, etc.

Experience with Microsoft Office – Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.

Assistance with ensiling and feeding trials;

Assistance with in-vitro trials and assays;

Molecular biology – DNA extraction, real-time qPCR;

In-depth knowledge of all areas of a higher education development function, including major gifts and annual programs is required.

10+ years of supervisory/leadership experience in the development field, preferably in athletics.

Athletic program experience is required.

Strong supervisory and leadership experience required.

Excellent organizational, leadership, interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills required.

Physical Requirements And/or Unusual Work Hours

CFRE certification or PMP certification

Experience in executive level leadership, especially in a University environment

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Monitor work quality and ensure accuracy and deadlines of project responsibilities of the team.
