Manages account documentation (i.e., Account Clearance, Acknowledgement Letters, Underwriting Documentation, Closing Letters).

Participates with underwriting decisions that are consistent with Division or Department growth and retention goals.

Participates with renewal and new business activities that support quality submission marketing efforts.

Partners withsupervisor to establish support needs (i.e., identify/gather relevant account information to quote and/or bind) for new and renewal business.

Prepares underwriting / pricing exhibits (i.e., Account Summaries, Loss Runs, Internet Research, and Rate Sheets) as needed.

Provides administrative support and other related services as needed.

Serves as liaison with other divisions in the office to support the Division management's participation in management meetings and other forums.

Must be able to meet/maintain security and suitability requirements.

Knowledge of the functional activities and primary interfaces within the NRC sufficient to carry out the duties described above.

As assigned, coordinates awards and recognition activities for the Division and interfaces with other organizations regarding award activities.

Experience in project management and leading of small teams (project work)

7-10 years of professional experience

Preferably in the captive finance or automotive industry

Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite programs

Demonstrated financial acumen or education

Follow up on meeting decisions and requests from business owners, as well as drive topics within the organization
