3+ years’ experience in customer service required; field marketing, sales, education, or hospitality environment preferred

Excellent written and verbal language skills in English, additional languages a plus

7+ years of prior related experience. Background in client/customer service, project management, or communications a plus

Collaborate cross-functionally to manage special projects including an in-store Give Back program and an in-store embroidery experience

Manage staffing strategies across the Customer Experience and Retail teams

Own customer experience KPIs, including Net Promoter Score (NPS) and other customer satisfaction metrics

Working closely with our Retail Manager and staff, serve as the liaison between the retail and corporate teams

Collaborate with the Merchandising and Marketing teams to bring product launches and promotions to life via an unmatched retail experience

At least one year of demonstrated leadership (supervisor, manager, team lead, etc.) experience.

Manages collateral and promotional items in the public-facing areas of Retail Center following established program guidelines.

Four years of related work experience.

Three years retail OR healthcare sales/service experience.

Five years of experience in retail, or healthcare sales/service experience.

Demonstrated sales team motivation skills.

Deliver the best customer experience by creating a positive staff culture with a focus on performance management and education

Demonstrated leadership ability with at least 1 year of retail experience in a customer-facing sales setting

Can own and manage administrative tasks, customer interactions and a fast paced environment while staying organized

Available to work a flexible schedule, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays

Passion for managing, training, motivating employees
