Overview The Assistant Residential Supervisor is responsible for providing support to the Residential Supervisor in managing the day-to-day operations of a residential facility. This includes providing assistance with the development of policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with regulations, and providing support to residents. Detailed Job Description The Assistant Residential Supervisor is responsible for providing support to the Residential Supervisor in managing the day-to-day operations of a residential facility. This includes providing assistance with the development of policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with regulations, and providing support to residents. The Assistant Residential Supervisor will also be responsible for providing guidance and support to staff, ensuring that all staff are properly trained and that all safety protocols are followed. The Assistant Residential Supervisor will also be responsible for monitoring the facility and responding to any issues that may arise. Job Skills Required

Job Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in social work, psychology, or related field
• At least two years of experience in a residential facility or related field
• Valid driver’s license
• CPR and First Aid certification
