Detailed Job Description The Assistant Residential Supervisor is responsible for providing support to the Residential Supervisor in managing the day-to-day operations of a residential facility. The Assistant Residential Supervisor will also be responsible for providing guidance and support to staff, ensuring that all staff are properly trained and that all safety protocols are followed. The Assistant Residential Supervisor will also be responsible for monitoring the facility and responding to any issues that may arise. Job Skills Required
