Assist Personnel Managers. Monitor recruiting activity; keep Locations/Hiring Managers/DMs Organization Chart current; troubleshoot problems for employees/applicants.
Support Safety Manager with Work Comp reporting, monthly safety meeting notes , distribution and receipt of Injury envelopes.
Maintain and provide employee recognition (Anniversary) and support (Bereavement) gifts and offerings.
Knowledge of Microsoft office suite
Knowledge of principles and practices of personnel administration.
