Overview The Assistant Project Coordinator is responsible for providing administrative and project coordination support to the project team. This role requires excellent organizational and communication skills, as well as the ability to work independently and collaboratively with a variety of stakeholders. Detailed Job Description The Assistant Project Coordinator is responsible for providing administrative and project coordination support to the project team. This includes providing administrative support to the project team, such as scheduling meetings, preparing agendas, taking minutes, and managing project documents. The Assistant Project Coordinator will also be responsible for coordinating project activities, such as tracking progress, preparing reports, and ensuring deadlines are met. Additionally, the Assistant Project Coordinator will be responsible for providing support to the project team in the development and implementation of project plans. Job Skills Required• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively with a variety of stakeholders
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize workload
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Knowledge of project management principles and practices
Job Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field
• At least two years of experience in project coordination or a related field
• Experience with project management software
Job Knowledge
• Knowledge of project management principles and practices

• Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite

• Monitor project progress and provide updates to the project team
• Assist with budgeting and financial tracking for the project
• Prepare and submit project reports to stakeholders
