Assistant Plastics Manager Jobs

• Minimum 5 years of technical sales, service, product management and/or lab experience

• Familiarity with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software

Manage the development of capital and operating fiscal budgets across 25 cost centers

Demonstrates critical thinking skills as well as creative problem-solving and decision-making

Coordinates admission scheduling in accordance with burn/plastic staff availability.

Performs and documents history and physical exams for burn/plastic service patients.

Develop a plan of care collaboratively with medical, nursin, allied health and other support staff and patient family.

Attends outpatient specialty clinica as assigned.

3 years + experience in plastics manufacturing role preferred

Experience with common MS office programs (Word, Excel, Outlook)

Strong interpersonal and communications skills

Quality and Process Audit of Plastics parts & Plastic Paint parts.

Analyzing Plastics defects and root cause analysis.

MRB / defective material inspection and disposition

This position will be responsible for assisting with the management of 2nd and 3rd shift injection molding operations.

Oversee selection and career management of plastics production employees, striving to retain high quality individuals.

Excellent knowledge of safety and OSHA safety requirements.
