The Assistant Ombudsman 1 is responsible for providing administrative and investigative support to the Ombudsman and other staff members. This includes conducting research, gathering evidence, and preparing reports and recommendations to the Ombudsman. The Assistant Ombudsman 1 will also provide support to the Ombudsman in the development and implementation of policies and procedures, as well as in the investigation of complaints.
