Overview The Assistant Fund Controller is responsible for providing financial and administrative support to the Fund Controller. This role is responsible for ensuring the accuracy and integrity of the fund’s financial records and reports. The Assistant Fund Controller will also provide assistance with the preparation of financial statements, budgeting, and forecasting. Detailed Job Description

The Assistant Fund Controller will be responsible for the following duties:

• Assist the Fund Controller in the preparation of financial statements, budgeting, and forecasting.
• Ensure accuracy and integrity of the fund’s financial records and reports.
• Prepare and review financial reports, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
• Monitor and analyze financial performance and recommend corrective action when necessary.
• Assist with the preparation of tax returns and other regulatory filings.
• Assist with the preparation of audit schedules and other audit-related activities.
• Assist with the preparation of investor reports and other investor-related activities.
• Assist with the preparation of management reports and other management-related activities.
• Ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
