The Assistant Fund Controller will be responsible for the following duties:

• Assist the Fund Controller in the preparation of financial statements, budgeting, and forecasting.
• Ensure accuracy and integrity of the fund’s financial records and reports.
• Prepare and review financial reports, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
• Monitor and analyze financial performance and recommend corrective action when necessary.
• Assist with the preparation of tax returns and other regulatory filings.
• Assist with the preparation of audit schedules and other audit-related activities.
• Assist with the preparation of investor reports and other investor-related activities.
• Assist with the preparation of management reports and other management-related activities.
• Ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
Job Skills Required
• Knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
