Strong organizational and time-management skills

Bachelor's Degree in accounting or finance

Minimum of five years accounting and/or audit experience; Big 4 experience strongly preferred

Oversee day to day accounting activities, such as A/P, A/R, GL as well as period-end close

Oversee all activities related to state and federal tax compliance and Big 4 audits

Provide supervision, training and mentoring to the Accounting Managers and Accounting

Identifies areas for improvement and offers suggestions to improve the property's efficiency, profitability, and productivity

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

Monitor accounting processes and procedures to improve accuracy and efficiency and achieve

Provide oversite of the monthly Accounting Workflow, including the weekly AP process, to ensure

Perform top-level review of monthly financial statements prepared by the accountants to ensure

Must possess a strategic and operational mindset, including time, resource allocation and management.

Works well within a fast-paced and dynamic environment with an ability to have an impact in a short space of time.

Self-starter who functions well, whether independently or within a team.

Able to synthesize national strategies into divisionally-appropriate and efficient operating mechanisms, with an execution and continuous improvement mindset

Must be willing to travel up to 30%

Use KPIs and/or dashboards to facilitate management decisions

5+ years’ experience in a financial managerial role in a manufacturing or other organization is a plus
