3 years of relevant work experience

Advanced knowledge of design software such as Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, Premiere Pro, etc.

Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud

Experience creating content for social media, email, and web

Experience in videography and photography

Expert knowledge in graphic design, including typography, and layout.

Other Requirements for the Position

Filling marketing calendar each month

Creating and editing graphics for programming, social media, and website

Participating in team meetings related to marketing

Uploading and organize files using current management system

Strong communication and organizational skills

Ability to work or have basic knowledge of Airtable or Excel-sheets

Basic knowledge of Miro, Sketch or Figma

Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment

Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator and Lightroom

Produces advanced specialized maps, utilizing geographic and demographic information pulls using programming, database, and graphics skills.

·Minimum of 3+ year of relevant experience preferred in retail commercial real estate

5+ years of management experience, including experience leading design and user research teams within a cross functional organization

Establish the design practices, processes, and principles to consistently deliver a world class experiences to Grow Therapy’s users and providers

Experience creating strategic & scalable design processes and systems in a fast-paced environment

Develop new processes and methodologies by which the Atlanta City Studio undertakes, designs, manages, and implements project work

Select, develop, and manage staff for the Public Space Studio for the Office of Design

Develop and manage the budget for the Public Space Studio for the Office of Design

Ability to lead and manage community engagement efforts.

Knowledge of design and communication software (Adobe Suite, AutoCAD, ESRI ArcGIS, Microsoft Office, Sketchup, etc.)

Manage and grow a team of design and content managers and their teams of ICs working across the Lyra lifecycle

Work with design leadership to codify the “Look & Feel” of the Lyra platform and product experience

Participate in design reviews, providing guidance, and constructive feedback in service of delivering world-class products and experiences

Manage communication with internal stakeholders and external prospects and customers

Serve as a thought leader and advocate for user experience at Lyra

12+ years of experience working in UX, UI, HCI related field

Experience building and nurturing an inclusive and empowering environment for a design team to do innovative and impactful work

Excellent oral and written communication skills and ability to articulate design strategy through well-crafted, strategic presentations

Exemplify a learner and mentor mentality; curiosity and ongoing self-education in the field of design systems

Hands-on experience in creative process, marketing, graphic design and brand development
